- The validation form will be marked.
- The local authority will be asked if they know of any reason why you may not be accredited (fit and proper person)
- An invoice will be emailed after we have confirmed you are able to be accredited. (The email will be from the Guild of Residential Landlords)
- An accreditation certificate will be issued in the post
